The Church of the Most Holy Annunciation in Castiglion Fiorentino is located within the former Convent of the Piarist Fathers, built between 1697 and 1704. The church, with a single nave and stucco decorations, has a red brick façade in the Jesuit style and a double staircase. Currently, the church and convent are used by the local middle school.

Current Status: The building is currently used by the Dante Alighieri Middle School.
