STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
Dating back to the 17th century, the stone rural home has been declared a historical property and has been recently restructured into two spacious and comfortable residences where you will feel perfectly at home.
Each residence has a private and furnished garden and is approximately 400 square metres. The area is enclosed by a fence and includes the owners’ residence and a common area with a swimming pool with a view of the surrounding countryside and sunset over the famous Gargonza castle. The swimming pool features ecologically purified saltwater, beneficial for both the environment and the body, and an external shower heated by the sun.
Casale il Giglio is 5 kilometres away from Monte San Savino and is situated in a very strategic location because of its proximity to countless places: in fact, Arezzo is only 19 kilometres away, Siena 40 kilometres, Florence 60 kilometres, Rapolano Terme 30 kilometres and Rome is just a 2 hour car ride.
